Anaya Construction is a small, 2-man crew started in February of 2020 by owner Felipe Anaya. What started as a side job has now turned into a full-time contractor business helping homeowners create the home of their dreams! At Anaya Construction, we cover just about every service you need – both inside and outside of the home. We specialize in decking, both new and remodels, and are skilled in using both composite and Cedar materials to make long-lasting outdoor spaces for our customers

Based on Camano Island, we understand the importance of community. We are proud to be a small, locally owned construction company that places customer service at the top of our priority list! Starting any project on your home is a daunting task, especially when working with a construction company you may not know. Fortunately, when you work with Anaya Construction, you’re working with reliable, trusted professionals. Below you will find a few questions customers have when first reaching out. How long can I expect my project to take?

Time spent building a deck or fence depends on many factors. We consider size, design, terrain, and weather when we assess new projects. Included with your FREE quote is an estimated timeframe of when we expect to have your project completed.

What kind of warranty do you offer?

We are committed to quality, durability and customer satisfaction, giving our customers only the best results. On all deck projects, both cedar and composite, we offer a 5-year workmanship warranty. For fencing installation and repairs, we offer a 2-year workmanship warranty.

Do you handle the permit process?

Yes! In the event that a permit is needed, we will handle all the paperwork and obtain required drawings.

What if I just need a portion of my fence or deck repaired? Can you help with that?

We are more than happy to help out with your home improvement projects in any way that we can. Fixing deck boards, repairing fence panels, replacing deck railings – we’ve got you covered!
